Here's a timeline of what to expect after signing up:
You'll receive an email with access to your account where you'll be able to adjust your schedule for the week, switch meals, generate a grocery list and access videos and tutorials outlining your daily routine and the essential items you'll need.
Our starter meals make it easy to get started, but it will still feel like a big adjustment sticking to your new schedule. The key will be learning to prepare your meals & snacks in advance. This will keep your organized for the week. Your body will begin to get rid of toxins which may make you feel sluggish. Don't worry, this is expected! Without harmful food in your diet, inflammation will begin to decrease & your body will begin to drop retained water.
New recipes will be available to add variety to your meals & snacks. This week will focus on improving digestion, energy levels, sleep and increasing activity levels.
In this stage, we'll implement the tools you'll need to help prepare you for a healthy lifestyle beyond Week 6. You'll find tips on how to manage what you eat and drink when traveling for work, on vacation or at special events such as weddings & parties.
Once your plan is finished, you'll have the option to subscribe & continue using the platform on a monthly basis with access to all the same amazing features.
